Rosstat recorded a 5 percent increase in prices for domestically assembled cars

During the period from October 31 to November 7, prices for Russian-assembled passenger cars increased by an average of 5.5%, this is a record high weekly increase in the cost of Russian cars in 2023. Prices for foreign cars during the reporting period decreased by 0.4%, as follows from (.xlsx) Rosstat data.

According to Rosstat, from the beginning of 2023 to November 7, prices for Russian cars increased by an average of 14.4%, and the increase in prices for foreign cars was 4.6%.
