Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) registered changes to the prospectus and to the exchange-traded bond program of PJSC Federal Grid Company—Rosseti (MOEX: FEES) series 001Р with 200 billion rubles. up to 700 billion rubles.
As Interfax was told by the issuer’s press service, increasing the volume of the program will allow the company to have a ready-made infrastructure for issuing bonds and raising borrowed funds on optimal terms for several years. The duration of the bond program is unlimited.
Rosseti is one of the largest electric grid companies in the world. The group includes 43 subsidiaries and affiliates, including 16 distribution grid companies. There are currently 11 issues of the company’s classic bonds in circulation totaling RUB 160 billion. and 17 exchange issues for 193 billion rubles.
