Roskomnadzor will check the information about the data leakage “SberSpasibo”

In connection with information about a possible leakage of personal data of users of the SberSpasibo bonus program, Roskomnadzor will conduct an audit. This was reported by the press service of the department to TASS. Information about the alleged leak appeared the day before, March 9th.
The Telegram channel Information Leaks (DLBI company) and the Kompaniya magazine reported that the data of SberSpasibo users entered the Internet. According to them, two archives of information leaked. The first – 820 megabytes – includes over 6 million lines with phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, registration dates, hashed (cryptographically encrypted) bank card data.
Inside the second (13 gigabytes) – over 48 million lines with email addresses and phone numbers.
SberSpasibo said the day before that they were checking the information and stressed that many of these messages are created by scammers who are trying to sell old databases under the guise of original ones.
