Rosaviatsia extended the restriction of flights to the south of Russia until October 22

For the 38th time, the Federal Air Transport Agency has extended the restriction on flights to 11 airports in the south and central part of Russia. The ban will be in effect until October 22. Last time it extended October 7th.
Flights are limited to the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista. All other airports are operating normally. Airlines were advised to use alternative routes – through the airports of Sochi, Volgograd, Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol and Moscow.
The Federal Air Transport Agency has been weekly extending restrictions on flights to airports in southern Russia for seven months. They stopped working from 4:47 on February 24 due to the outbreak of the military conflict in Ukraine.
