Rosatom’s Innovation Hub has become an investor in ControlHack, a developer of a platform for simulating attacking hacker techniques. The agreement on the sale and purchase of a share in the authorized capital of the company has already been signed.

The joint plans of the companies include entering the markets of neighboring countries and working with internal customers of Rosatom.

ControlHack, a Skolkovo resident, evaluates the protection of information infrastructure and eliminates possible errors in order to increase efficiency. In November 2022, the company became the winner of the “DeepTech Cybersecurity: Advanced Cybersecurity Technologies” competition. She was the first in Russia to develop Breach and Attack Simulation, a cybersecurity testing method.

As Kommersant learned, the research and production association Critical Information Systems, which is part of Rosatom, at the end of 2022 established a department of mergers and acquisitions, whose representatives are already negotiating “with technology companies, instrument-making organizations and microelectronics developers” about a possible acquisition of the business .
