Prices decreased in Nizhny Tagil (by 8.8%), Kaliningrad (-5.6%), Vladikavkaz (-5.1%), Moscow (-4.6%), Sevastopol (-1.8%), Kurgan (-1.7%), Cherepovets (-1.1%), St. Petersburg (-0.7%). In ten cities, room rent has risen in price slightly, up to 5%.
The World of Apartments specified that the monthly rates for renting rooms can differ by two to three times. The most expensive rooms are rented in Moscow (16,540 rubles), Sochi (15,309 rubles) and the Moscow region (13,410 rubles), the cheapest – in Penza (4,962 rubles), Nizhny Tagil (5,079 rubles), Saransk ( 5175 rubles).
According to CIAN, the March seasonal revival in the long-term rental markets did not lead to an increase in the average cost of apartments: prices continue to slowly decline, and there are enough offers. Only the most budget apartments with good transport accessibility can be rented out without a discount.
