From August 16, Renaissance Credit Bank will introduce a 10% commission for depositing cash at the cash desks in the amount of more than 10 thousand dollars or euros per day, according to the new edition of tariffs (.pdf) financial institution.
The document states that the commission will apply to all accounts, with the exception of those that are opened when applying for loans and bank cards. For accounts that individuals open in connection with obtaining a loan, as well as in relation to loans to individuals, the commission will not be 10%, but 100 rubles.
Since July, commissions for depositing cash dollars and euros have been introduced by Tinkoff Bank (4%), BCS Bank (5% for amounts over 10 thousand), Intesa and Moskommertsbank (5% or 10% depending on the amount), Tsifra Bank (2.5%) and Citibank (5%). At the same time, 11 out of 13 systemically important credit institutions of the Russian Federation stopped accept dollars and euros through ATMs, including Sberbank, Raiffeisenbank, VTB.
