Experts interviewed by the publication note a change in the strategy of microfinance organizations. They began to work more intensively with repeat customers and less likely to approve loan applications. “Companies are reducing the limit on approved amounts and terms of loans, growth is mainly due to an increase in approved limits, mainly for high-quality repeat customers,” said Igor Smirnov, CEO of Creditter.
