The total design volume of new buildings in 2022 broke the record and reached 4.7 thousand lots, analysts calculated. The average price of 1 square. m in Moscow’s premium new buildings increased over the year by 12%, to 1.08 million rubles. In the deluxe segment, it added 14% and reached 2.18 million rubles. per sq. m. The NF Group also noted the growing trend of increasing the difference in prices of different classes of real estate.

The Metrium company reported that among the best-selling elite new buildings in Moscow, the Lucky residential complex took the first place. Over the past year, he sold 13.2 thousand square meters. m. In second place is the LCD “Poklonnaya, 9” – 5.8 thousand square meters were sold there. m, the average price of 1 sq. m reached 1.09 million rubles.
