From February 5, Raiffeisenbank will increase the maximum commission for currency transfers from 300 to 1 thousand dollars or euros for individuals, the message stated. jar. The decision was made due to changes in the market and working conditions of correspondent banks.
It is noted that the fees will remain unchanged. 2% of the transfer amount when processing through Raiffeisen online and 3% when processing the transfer at a bank office. For other foreign currencies, the commission amount will be calculated equivalent to an amount from $15 to $1000 in the currency of the transfer.
At the end of October 2023 the bank limited geography of currency transfers. From November 1, there is a limit for individuals on transfers to other countries in the amount of €30 thousand monthly. At the same time, the minimum transfer amount is €20 thousand. The monthly limit applies to all transfers, and not to transfers to a specific country. The limit does not apply to 41 states. The bank explained this decision by the demand of correspondent banks.
