Putin transferred the assets of AgroTerra to the Federal Property Management Agency - Kommersant

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree transferring all assets of the agricultural company AgroTerra to the temporary management of the Federal Property Management Agency. The department received shares of four LLCs: Capital AgroFinance, AgroTerra, AgroSistema and AgroSistema-Regions. Corresponding document was published on the official portal of legal information.

The decree of the head of state came into force from the moment of publication. The AgroTerra press service did not comment on the transfer of assets.

AgroTerra was founded in 2008. The company is engaged in the cultivation, storage and sale of agricultural crops. In 2022, the company took 15th place in the rating of the largest landowners in Russia according to Forbes.

In February, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs proposed to include in the law compensation for investors for the market value of assets if privatization was carried out with violations.
