He is the author of music for numerous films, including “Treasure Island”, “The Adventures of Pinocchio”, “The Same Munchausen”. In addition, he wrote the rock operas The Star and Death of Joaquin Murieta and Juno and Avos staged at Lenkom, as well as the mystery Liturgy of the Catechumens. In 2010–2011, the composer wrote a contemporary opera War and Peace based on Leo Tolstoy’s novel War and Peace. In 2021, the premiere of the opera-drama Le Prince Andr. Prince Andrei Bolkonsky.
