Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that will allow PromAvtoConsult LLC to acquire the Russian business of the German manufacturer of automotive parts Schaeffler. Vladimir Putin signed a similar order for PSK-New Solutions LLC to purchase Russian assets of the American company Caterpillar.

In orders on the official portal legal information states that the permit is valid for the purchase of 100% shares of the Russian assets of Schaeffler and Caterpillar.

Previously Vladimir Putin signed decree approving a list of 46 companies that can independently determine the composition and volume of disclosed information. Among them are Rosneft, Bashneft, Slavneft and others.
