Profit of Cherkizovo under IFRS for 2022 decreased by 13.4%

The profit of the Cherkizovo group, the largest meat producer in Russia, according to IFRS in 2022 amounted to 14.6 billion rubles, which is 13.4% lower than in 2021 (16.88 billion rubles), follows from the company’s report published on website Center for Disclosure of Corporate Information.
At the same time, the company’s revenue in 2022 increased by 15.1%, amounting to 184.3 billion rubles. Adjusted EBITDA rose to RUB 30.1 billion over the year, up 3% from the previous year.
In August 2022 Cherkizovo reported on an increase in revenue by 20.1% year-on-year, to 88.9 billion rubles, and on a decrease in net profit by 48.9%, to 6.9 billion rubles, for the first half of the year.
