The government has decided on candidates for the boards of directors of Aeroflot and Sheremetyevo


Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin nominated candidates for the board of directors of Aeroflot and Sheremetyevo, RIA Novosti has the relevant documents. The list of candidates for the board of directors of Aeroflot has not changed since mid-2022, reports Interfax.

The Board of Directors of Aeroflot is proposed to:

  • Sergey Alexandrovsky - General Director of the company;
  • Maxim Liksutov - Vice Mayor of Moscow;
  • Timur Maksimov - Deputy Head of the Ministry of Finance;
  • Vitaly Saveliev - Minister of Transport;
  • Yuri Slyusarl - head of the United Aircraft Corporation;
  • Sergey Chemezov - head of Rostec;
  • Maksut Shadayev - head of the Ministry of Digital Development;
  • Dmitry Peskov is the Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Digital and Technological Development, Director of the Young Professionals section of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

The same 11 candidates nominated by the Aeroflot shareholders at the annual meeting in June 2022 have been nominated to the board of directors of Aeroflot, Interfax reports, citing an order dated February 25. Then the company did not publish the composition of the board, citing a government decree on the specifics of information disclosure. Order for Sheremetyevo also signed 25 February.

The following are proposed to the Board of Directors of Sheremetyevo:

  • Maxim Kolesnikov - Deputy Head of the Ministry of Economy;
  • Igor Chalik - Deputy Head of the Ministry of Transport;
  • Vadim Yakovenko - head of the Federal Property Management Agency;
  • Ilya Petrov is an Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative Law, Faculty of Law, Moscow State University.
