The directors of the Nadezhdinsky and Khasansky branches of the Primavtodor company were dismissed after reports were submitted about the alleged overfulfillment of road repair plans. This was announced by the Governor of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako following the results of checking the condition of regional roads.
During the meeting, an excerpt from published in the Telegram channel of the head of Primorye, Kozhemyako said that the head of the Khasan branch had previously reported on the implementation of the plan by 2300%, but the real situation on the roads does not confirm these figures.
“You tell me <...>, what is it, fulfilled the plan for 23 years? And what plans are you making if the road, let’s say, in the Kraskino area, and there are still stages, it simply hasn’t seen a grader, hasn’t seen any kind of maintenance for probably several months?” the governor was outraged.
After listening to explanations about the overfulfillment of work under the contract by the Primavtodor branch, Kozhemyako announced that he was dismissing the directors of the Nadezhdinsky and Khasansky branches. In addition, after the audit, conclusions will be drawn in relation to the leadership of Primavtodor, the governor warned.
“We saturate the enterprise with equipment and facilities. And we need a result, not “overfulfilled plans,” he stressed.
On August 5, Kozhemyako personally drove along the supposedly repaired section of the Razdolnoye-Khasan highway. Governor remained dissatisfied with the condition of the roads and promised to inspect Primavtodor and its branches.
