In 2023, the revenue of PJSC Positive Group (MOEX: POSI; the parent company of the Positive Technologies group) according to preliminary unaudited IFRS indicators reached 22.2 billion rubles. Compared to the result of 2022, the figure increased by 61%. The company’s net profit over the past year increased by 59%, to 9.7 billion rubles. Positive Technologies will present its final consolidated financial and management statements on April 9.

According to reporting company, in 2023 the volume of shipments (transfer of the right to use a licensed product to a client or concluded contracts for cybersecurity services) of Positive Technologies amounted to 25.3 billion rubles, which is 74% more than in 2022. Gross profit from shipments increased by 70%, to RUB 23.4 billion. The number of group customers increased by 19%, to 4 thousand companies from 3.3 thousand in 2022.

The share of new shipments in the sales structure of Positive Technologies reached 61%, while in absolute figures they increased by 86% compared to 2022. The growth in shipments attributable to the renewal of existing licenses amounted to 63%. The company’s EBITDA in 2023 increased by 59%, to 10.8 billion rubles, EBITDA margin decreased by 1 percentage point, to 49%.

PJSC Positive Group is a leading Russian software developer providing solutions in the field of information security. Since 2020, the company has been included in the list of systemically important organizations of the Russian economy in the field of information and communications. The revenue of Positive Group according to IFRS for 2022 amounted to 13.8 billion rubles, sales volume – 14.5 billion rubles, net profit excluding capitalization of expenses – 5 billion rubles.
