The developer PNK Group agreed with the retailer Vkusvill on the construction of a warehouse with an area of about 118 thousand square meters. m on the territory of the industrial park “PNK Park Domodedovo 2” in the south of the Moscow region, they report “Vedomosti” citing two consultants who worked with the property.
The conclusion of the transaction was confirmed to the publication by representatives of Vkusville and the company CORE.XP, which is a consultant on this transaction. They stated that after the completion of the warehouse, Vkusville will rent it.
The publication’s interlocutors reported that the retailer now has two distribution centers in the Moscow region. Taking into account the new facility, their total area can reach 300 thousand square meters. m. It is also reported that Vkusville has warehouses in St. Petersburg (57 thousand sq. m), Rostov region and Tatarstan (3 thousand sq. m each). A representative of the retailer explained the company’s intention to rent a new complex in Domodedovo by expanding the store network and developing the online segment.
A representative of the CORE.XP company said “Interfax”that PNK Group will build the largest multi-temperature warehouse in Russia for Vkusville. According to him, 90% of this warehouse complex will consist of low-temperature premises.
