The program to support manufacturers of pharmaceutical substances, which provides for subsidizing the rate on long-term investment loans, can be launched in Russia from 2023. The corresponding government decree is expected before the end of the year, Alexander Braverman, First Deputy Chairman of VEB.RF, told Vedomosti. The state corporation will implement such a program together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and, probably, with commercial banks, a spokesman for the ministry said. According to him, due to it, Russian enterprises will be able to import more than 145 types of pharmaceutical substances needed to create socially significant drugs.
The representative of the press service of the government said that he is not yet ready to comment on this issue.
