“The role for Alexei is not complimentary”

Alexey Panin has recently become frequent with the news. Despite the fact that his page in the well-known social network banned in Russia was again blocked, he still got in touch. This time, the odious Panin decided to make money on Russian dramaturgy. The actor said that he was going to show the local population the play “The Bench” by the famous Soviet and Russian playwright Alexander Gelman. He will play in it along with Ukrainian actress Vera Kutsenko. As Panin explained to his subscribers, this is the same performance in which our legendary Doronina and Tabakova, Kutsenko and Apeksimova and others played. Yes, who just did not play in this performance! And judging by the fact that Panin has already announced the successful start of rehearsals, nothing bothers him in this ambiguous situation. The actress of the Provincial Theater Irina Bezrukova, who is also staged by Anton and Elena Khabarov, believes that this is not the most advantageous role for Panin. She shared her thoughts with MK.

– In my opinion, this story is already a little outdated, but for those who did not live at that time, it will be interesting to look at how they dressed then and how they behaved. Although the relationship has now changed a bit already. This is a play from the 1970s.

– And who just did not play it!

– Do you know why? Firstly, two artists on stage is very budgetary. Then you can go on tour, play. Relationships are interesting between the characters, and the story itself is amazing when a man, sorry, does not remember the woman he called the woman of his life, but she remembers him. And their new meetings are, of course, always interesting. As for Alexei Panin, I want to say that the role for the hero is not complimentary, because the man there looks so-so in terms of morality and many other points. The role is winning for a woman, and the man brewed all this mess, and he himself got into it. It’s hard to say what will come of it, but they will probably shoot some videos and clips, and then we can understand how well they did it.

– And the audience in Spain will go to such a performance?

– All people who want to put something assume that they will come to them. There are a lot of Russians living in Spain, and there are a lot of Ukrainian refugees there. I think they will come, another thing is how much they like it and whether they will advise someone else. Now the demand for culture is great, and the tours of Russian artists have been canceled due to the situation in the world. I also have no proposals for foreign tours yet. At the same time, I have many friends who live in Germany, Israel and other countries, they say that “we miss you, we are waiting for you to come.” Because before there was covid, now there is a difficult world situation.
