The average cost of a land plot in Russia in the first half of June is 600 thousand rubles, which is 10% more than in the first half of June 2022, follows from the Avito Real Estate report. The cost of one hundred square meters for the reporting period also increased by 10%, up to 55 thousand rubles, the company’s analysts calculated.

“Compared to the first half of June 2022, land plots for industrial purposes rose by 15% to 7 million rubles, agricultural sites – by 13% to 450 thousand rubles, in the status of individual housing construction – by 8% to 650 thousand rubles. Over the month, the cost of all types of plots has not changed, except for industrial land – here, by the first half of May, + 4% for the price per object and + 5% for a hundred square meters, ”the report says.

It is noted that over the year, in 22 out of 33 regions included in the study, prices for suburban areas increased. The leaders in price growth were Dagestan (+47%, up to 1.1 million rubles), Rostov region (+30%, 1.5 million rubles), Tatarstan (+23%, 800 thousand rubles), Omsk region (+20%, 300 thousand rubles) and the Stavropol Territory (+20%, 900 thousand rubles).

The most expensive land plots among the studied regions are in the Krasnodar Territory (1.75 million), Kursk and Rostov Regions (1.5 million rubles each). The most accessible sites are in the Omsk and Smolensk regions, as well as in the Perm Territory (300 thousand rubles each).

In the first half of June this year, Avito Real Estate recorded the highest average cost of a hundred square meters in the Krasnodar Territory (194 thousand rubles), Rostov Region (188 thousand rubles), Dagestan (184 thousand rubles), Crimea (167 thousand rubles). rubles) and the Moscow region (106 thousand rubles). The lowest price per one hundred square meters is in the Kirov (15 thousand rubles) and Smolensk regions (20 thousand rubles), as well as in the Perm Territory (23 thousand rubles).

Demand for buying land from Russians grew by 12% over the year on the Avito Real Estate platform, with the largest increase in Bryansk (+35%), Nizhny Novgorod (+31%) and Rostov regions (+30%). Supply increased in 17 out of 33 regions. The largest increase in the number of suburban areas is observed in Dagestan (+14%), Kursk (+8%) and Volgograd regions (+7%). Their number decreased the most in Omsk (-8%), Kirov (-6%) and Chelyabinsk (-5%) regions.
