“Oppenheimer” received seven BAFTA awards, including best film – Kommersant

Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer won seven of the 13 BAFTA awards it was up for. It was named the best film of 2023. The second place in the number of awards went to “The Poor and Unfortunate” by Yorgos Lanthimos. The awards for best roles were taken by the main actors of these two films – Cillian Murphy and Emma Stone.

“Oppenheimer” also received “Bronze Masks” for best music, best cinematography, and best editing. The Lost Losers also won awards for Best Visual Effects, Best Production Design, Best Costumes, Best Makeup and Best Hairstyling. The British film “Zone of Interest” received several awards.
