Following the results of the general meeting, the shareholders of NOVATEK approved the payment of final dividends for the results of 2022 in the amount of 60.58 rubles. per share, excluding intermediates. In total, for 2022 NOVATEK will pay 319.9 billion rubles.
From press release the company follows that in total NOVATEK will pay dividends at the rate of 105.58 rubles. per share. Of these, interim dividends in the amount of 45 rubles have already been paid. Dividends will be sent no later than June 9.
NOVATEK pays dividends of at least 50% of IFRS adjusted earnings. For February 2022, the indicator was not disclosed. The head of the company, Leonid Mikhelson, predicted an increase in IFRS net profit for 2022 by more than 50% compared to 2021.
In 2021, the company’s net profit under IFRS amounted to 432.927 billion rubles, and adjusted – 421.304 billion rubles.
