New York Stock Exchange to delist CIAN shares on August 1

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) announced the termination of the listing of shares of the Russian company CIAN. The NYSE delisting will take effect July 31, 2023. The company was notified of this on July 21, 2023.
“The final delisting decision will not impact the company’s business or financial condition and we remain focused on maintaining business growth.” commented in CIAN.
CIAN is the leading online real estate listing platform in the Russian market.
At the end of February 2022, after the start of the military operation, the NYSE suspended trading in shares of companies with a core business in Russia. On plans to delist CYAN NYSE announced March 15th.
