MTS Company (MOEX: MTSS) increased the volume of placement of a 4-year floating rate bond issue from RUB 15 billion. up to 25 billion rubles. A source in the financial market reported this to Interfax.
The collection of applications for the release took place from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time on October 20. The final target spread to RUONIA was 125 bps. Initially, it was set at a level no higher than 150 bp.
The organizers of the bond placement are Gazprombank, BC Region, BKS CIB, Rosselkhozbank, DOM.RF Bank and Sinara Investment Bank.
MTS announced the placement of bonds with a floating rate linked to the RUONIA indicator the day before. The par value of the bonds will be 1 thousand rubles, the coupon period will be 91 days. The securities will be placed on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) with an expected third level of listing.
