Moscow Exchange index exceeded 2200 points for the first time since August 1

Index Moscow Exchange as of 14:17 increased by 1.6% to 2200.05 points. It topped the 2200 mark for the first time since August 1st. The RTS index rose by 1.66% to 1131.44 points.
Growth Leaders:
- Polymetal (by 6.45%, up to 351.6);
- Tatneft (by 5.37%, up to 418);
- TCS Group (by 4.84%, to 2361);
- Gazprom (by 3.66%, up to 181.2);
- Polyus (by 3.64%, up to 7887).
The dollar exchange rate is growing by 0.01%, to 61.2 rubles/$. The euro exchange rate is reduced by 0.24%, to 62.1 rubles / €.
The Central Bank of the Russian Federation plans to initiate the development of legislation regulating the formation of financial and commodity market indicators by the end of the year. Exchanges support the regulator’s initiative and are ready to take part in it.
