More than half of the apartments purchased in Moscow new buildings in October were small-sized

“The peculiarity that we saw is that a larger volume in the sales and purchases segment is made up of small-sized apartments: studios and one-room apartments. This trend is not changing. On average, this is 54% of the total purchase and sale volume,” said Ms. Kudinova. As analysts of the real estate company NDV Supermarket Real Estate reported, small-sized apartments in the Old Moscow market in the third quarter of 2023 accounted for 62% of the supply of new buildings.
