On the Russian-Lithuanian border in the Kaliningrad region, 160 trucks are standing in line – Lithuanian customs officers take two-hour intervals to receive trucks from Kaliningrad. RIA Novosti reported this in the press service of the Kaliningrad customs.

“The queue remains. 140 trucks in front of the checkpoint, 25 at neutral, which are registered but not yet accepted by Lithuania. Lithuania works slowly and irregularly, allowing two-hour intervals when not a single vehicle is accepted,” customs officials said.

Press Secretary of the Governor Dmitry Lyskov saidthat the reason for the queue at the border is a large-scale failure in the Lithuanian customs information system on March 21. Due to a glitch, Lithuania did not accept trucks from Russia for 10 hours.

As reported in Telegram channel Kaliningrad checkpoint “Chernyshevskoye”, the lag in the electronic queue from the reserved time is 347 hours.
