The Chamber for Patent Disputes of Rospatent agreed to register the Palazzo di Parma trademark at the request of Aguna-Moloko. The corresponding conclusion was published on the website of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) on December 27, 2022. The applicant, as follows from the document, claims that under this brand he will be engaged in the production of cheese in Italy and then deliver it to Russia.

Aguna-milk, according to SPARK-Interfax, belongs to entrepreneurs Alexander Morozov and Alexander Mishukov, co-owners of the Russian Milk company. The latter produces dairy products under the Svitlogorye brand: milk, kefir, cottage cheese, sour cream, cheeses, etc. According to Kontur.Focus, the company’s revenue in 2021 amounted to 11.4 billion rubles. (+18% year-on-year), net profit – 216.2 million rubles.
