Metalloinvest will increase wages by 8% for blue-collar employees from October 1, 2023, and from November 1 – to line managers and management representatives of its enterprises, reported company press service.
“In 2023 it was planned to increase [зарплат] in total by 10%, but based on the results of the company’s work in the first half of the year and taking into account inflation factors, it was decided to increase the size of the increase to 14%,” noted General Director Nazim Efendiev.
Metalloinvest clarified that the first salary increase of 6% was carried out in June. The planned indexation of 8% was added to this indicator, so the total increase in employee income was 14%.
100% of Metalloinvest shares are controlled by the USM holding. Its key shareholder is Alisher Usmanov. In September, Metalloinvest announced the payment of dividends for the first half of 2023 in the amount of 0.1002 rubles. per ordinary share. The date for the right to receive dividends for shareholders was set at September 18.
