MegaFon subscribers who use communication services on credit complained of Internet failures and problems with voice calls. The operator claims that the problem has been fixed.

“A number of subscribers who use communication on credit could experience temporary difficulties with the success of calls and data transmission with a negative balance. When replenishing the account, calls and the Internet worked correctly, ”said Kommersant at MegaFon.

According to the portal Downdetector, 68% of users have no connection at all. 21% have problems with voice communication, 16% have no signal. Failure reports began to arrive from 13:00.

Last time, MegaFon reported failures on April 11. Then the residents of three cities faced problems – Murmansk, Petrozavodsk and Arkhangelsk. The problem arose due to a break in the communication line, the work of services was restored on the same day.
