MC “First” demanded more than 2 billion rubles. from VimpelCom

The management company (UK) Pervaya (the former Sber Asset Management) filed a claim against VimpelCom for 2.13 billion rubles, follows from data files of arbitration cases. The application was filed on December 2, the essence of the claims is not disclosed. “Kommersant” sent a request to the management company “First”, in “Vympelcom” declined to comment.
Earlier, the Leader management company, which owns Eurobonds of the parent structure of VimpelCom, Veon Holdings BV, filed a lawsuit against VimpelCom for 1.75 billion rubles. “Leader” also tried to stop the sale of “Vimpelcom” to its top management through the court, but the Moscow Arbitration Court refused to satisfy the requirements for interim measures.
