Svetlana Maslyakova reported that Alexander became the sole owner of AMIC LLC
The wife of KVN founder Alexander Maslyakov, Svetlana, confirmed the information to journalists that their son, Maslyakov Jr., became the sole owner of the AMIC Television Creative Association LLC (Alexander Maslyakov and Company).
“Yes, the rights have been transferred to him (Alexander Maslyakov, the younger). And we are resting. Alexander Alexandrovich is a young man, 44 years old, let him work, he works anyway,” Maslyakova shared information about the family situation.
She also emphasized that this decision was made a long time ago, and “naturally, all this would have passed to him anyway.”
Before this, there were publications in the media that before that half of the company belonged to Maslyakov Jr., 25.5% to his father, Alexander Vasilyevich Maslyakov, and 24.5% to his mother, Svetlana Maslyakova.
KVN (“Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful”) – television humorous games in which teams of various groups (educational institutions, universities, enterprises, cities, etc.) compete in humorous answers to asked questions, improvisations on given topics, playing out pre-prepared scenes and things like that.
