Major crab fisher plans to build a port in Vladivostok

Associated with the Antey fishing group, the European Fish Center (ERC) will build a port complex for transshipment of fish products near the Russian Bridge in Vladivostok. This follows from the minutes of the auction for the sale of the property of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Directorate for Construction in the Far Eastern Federal District” of the Administration of the President of Russia, which was held by the Russian Auction House. Andrey Stepanenko, the director general of the latter, confirmed this information.

It follows from the protocol that with a starting price of 1.26 billion rubles. per lot, the ERC agreed to pay 2.7 times more – 3.46 billion rubles. In total, six companies participated in the auction, among them the Port Infrastructure Development Center and Niko-Oil DV (their representatives did not respond to inquiries). As follows from the documentation, the winner will receive a berth, three railway lines, as well as 35 movable property. Under the terms of the tender, he undertakes to build a cold store with a capacity of at least 10,000 tons of storage. After the completion of all works, the cargo turnover of the complex should be at least 360,000 tons per year, of which 180,000 tons – under the northern delivery program (assumes the supply of goods for the territories of the Far North, Siberia and the Far East). The representative of the ERC says that the company is ready to invest 9 billion rubles in this project, it is planned to be completed by 2026.
