Lady & Gentleman City launches a new chain of stores with goods under its own brands

The retailer Lady & Gentleman City will open the first store under the new Just Clothes sign in the Aviapark shopping and entertainment complex. This was reported to Vedomosti by three real estate consultants. In particular, the regional director of the retail real estate department of NF Group Evgenia Khakberdieva knows about this. Information about this point is not yet available on the website of Aviapark itself, but, according to SPARK-Interfax, Trade Management LLC, which manages the Lady & Gentleman City network, registered the justclothes domain back in November last year. It is currently inactive.

The retailer intends to create a network of stores under this brand, in which he will sell clothes under his own brands, the interlocutors of Vedomosti know. According to the same Khakberdiyeva, the company is now looking for premises for these purposes (as well as for other projects) for 1200-1700 square meters. m in various shopping centers both in Moscow and in the regions. The consultants polled by Vedomosti found it difficult to name the exact number of points that will appear under the Just Clothes sign. A request to Trade Management went unanswered.
