Ukraine can no longer be considered a safe country for the transit of Russian goods, including energy carriers, said Andrei Klishas, chairman of the Federation Council committee on constitutional legislation.
“After the confiscation of Russian property in Ukraine, announced by the head of the neo-Nazi regime Zelensky, this country can no longer be considered a country safe for the transit of any goods, including Russian energy carriers,” Mr. Klishas wrote in Telegram.
