Kirkorov after the “naked” party was compared to the “scoundrel” Dostoevsky

According to the law, Kirkorov cannot be deprived of the title of People’s Artist, his lawyer said
Lawyers for singer Philip Kirkorov believe that their client’s participation in the party of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva that caused a scandal cannot be grounds for deprivation of the title of People’s Artist.
Kirkorov’s team explained that he received the honorary title for his creativity, and a private party cannot be a reason to revoke the awards. The artist’s lawyer also compared him with the writer Fyodor Dostoevsky, who also cannot be “deprived of the title of writer”: “A great writer, a rare bastard as a person.”
Earlier, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow registered a class action lawsuit against Ivleeva for 1 billion rubles for compensation for moral damage. A number of lawyers believe that it will be difficult for plaintiffs to achieve satisfaction of a claim of such a volume, while they believe that a more real threat to the blogger lies in tax audits.
