The spans of the Crimean bridge damaged as a result of the terrorist attack are planned to be dismantled by the end of December, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin said at a meeting of the State Duma. He also said that trucks up to 40 tons can already pass through the bridge.
“People are working like in wartime – around the clock… By the end of December, we plan to completely dismantle the two spans that were blown up. Storms can become the main hindrance,” Mr. Khusnullin noted.
Former head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov informedthat the ferry crossing to Kerch will operate for at least a month and a half until restoration work is completed on the Crimean bridge.
