The Single Customer in the Construction Industry intends to put into operation at least 30 houses and restore more than 1.7 thousand objects in Mariupol in 2023, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said in his Telegram channel.
Mr. Khusnullin said that since May 2022, the Single Customer company has joined in the restoration of new regions. According to him, the company is building the Donetsk Perinatal Center and renovating the Priazovsky State Technical University.
In addition, the Deputy Prime Minister said that since December 2020, when the Single Customer was created, the company has completed the construction and reconstruction of 29 facilities. In 2023, it is planned to hand over at least 25 objects, including the St. Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, the Museum of the World Ocean in Kaliningrad, the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and the facilities of the Artek Children’s Center in Crimea, Mr. Khusnullin added.
In August, the Ministry of Construction developed a plan to restore Mariupol. The project is designed for three years. The city is going to build 1.03 million square meters. m of apartment buildings, social facilities and transport infrastructure, equip embankments, parks.
In November, Deputy Prime Minister declaredthat a three-year plan to rebuild the city can be completed in two years. By November last year, Russian builders managed to restore 150 houses. 28 thousand builders work in the city, work is underway to restore 1250 objects.
