An automobile holding company specializing in sales and service of premium and luxury cars. Founded on December 21, 1992. JSC Avtodom is represented in Russia by 45 dealer centers located in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar. At the end of the first half of 2023, the holding took fifth place in terms of revenue (28.6 billion rubles) among car dealers in the Russian Federation, according to Autobusiness Review.
In 2021, another large car dealer, Avtospetstsentr, entered the Avtodom structure. On April 25, 2023, Avtodom announced the closing of a deal to acquire Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz, including a car plant in the Moscow region. The former Mercedes legal entity in the Russian Federation has been renamed MB Rus.
Avtodom JSC is 96.925% owned by Bridge Capital JSC, 100% of which belongs to Andrey Olkhovsky.
