Jackie Chan confirms he’s in talks to film ‘Rush Hour 4’

Chinese actor Jackie Chan on stage at the Red Sea Film Festival declared fans that is currently in talks to make a fourth Rush Hour movie. He added that this evening he intends to meet with the director to discuss the script.
Chan did not name him, but the first three films were directed by American Brett Reiner, who was accused of sexual harassment by seven women in 2017. After that, Warner Bros. severed all ties with him.
Jackie Chan starred in three Rush Hour films from 1998-2007 alongside comedian and actor Chris Tucker. The plot was based on the adventures of a Hong Kong detective with an LAPD officer.
The first “Rush Hour” grossed $244 million and made the Chinese actor an international star. Jackie Chan admitted that he expected him to fail at the box office and wanted to forget about his career in Hollywood forever. He reminded fans that 2022 marks 60 years since he became an actor.
The Chinese actor also revealed that he wants to make fewer action films and more love stories. Now he is just working on a dramatic project that women will really like.
