In “Tasty and point” they explained that such a method is allowed by the requirements of SanPiN.
“We have already found an alternative supplier from whom we will purchase similar strips for determining the quality of frying oil. According to the requirements of SanPin 2.3-2.4.3590-20, it is enough to use the organoleptic evaluation method, which we always use in parallel with indicator strips, to make sure that the quality of the oil meets all the requirements adopted by the company, ”said the publication “Climb” in the press service of “Tasty – and that’s it.”
After the opening of the first establishments of the restaurant chain, the successor to McDonald’s in Russia, it is regularly criticized due to reports of non-compliance with quality standards.
