How they write “Vedomosti” with reference to the Rospatent database, five applications for registration of such a trademark have already been sent to the office.
According to Rospatent, four applications were submitted by private entrepreneurs and small businesses from the regions. Retail Media from Moscow submitted an application to register a trademark for the production of cosmetics (third class: shampoos, cologne, powder), hand tools (eighth class: razors, drills, irons, hammers), household appliances (21st class: plates, combs , trays), food products (class 29 and 30: sausages, sunflower seeds, chips, coffee, tea), non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks (class 32: beer, water, kvass, juices, lemonades, energy drinks).
The Novosibirsk First Craft Brewery is applying for a trademark for the class of soft drinks and beer. Two applications were sent by Peter Emelyanov from Khabarovsk: he wants to produce board games (grade 28) and sunflower seeds (grade 29).
The application was also sent by the publishing house “Eksmo” (part of Russia’s largest publishing group “Eksmo-AST”, owns (51%) in the publishing house Individuum, which has the rights to publish Robert Garayev’s book “The Boy’s Word.
