In Crimea, problems with the Internet due to a cyber attack – Kommersant

There is a massive external cyber attack on Crimean Internet providers, said Oleg Kryuchkov, adviser to the head of Crimea. As the Crimean government clarified to Kommersant, operational problems due to DDOS attacks were recorded in the Miranda and KRELCOM companies.

“We are detecting a massive external cyber attack on Crimean Internet providers. There may be interruptions in the operation of a number of services,” Mr. Kryuchkov wrote in his Telegram-channel.

According to him, the Crimean authorities are engaged in restoring the full operation of providers.
