Specialists from the Federal Air Transport Agency and the State Corporation for Air Traffic Management have intensified monitoring of air transport in the capital region,” the message says. On the night of February 15, heavy snowfall began in Moscow. According to the Phobos weather center, up to 20% of the monthly precipitation will fall in the capital today. Forecasters predict that unfavorable weather conditions will persist until 18:00 and more than 11 cm of snow will fall.
