This figure corresponds to the level of 2021 and is two times lower than the results of 2022, when the budget received 753 billion rubles.
The largest payers to the Federal Property Management Agency were: Transneft, Rosneftegaz, Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC-R), ALROSA and RusHydro. Payments from Sberbank were not taken into account, since the controlling stake belongs to the National Welfare Fund.
According to RBC, the dividend payment plan for 2023 was 442.4 billion rubles. It was not fulfilled by 104 billion rubles. and amounted to 338.8 billion. In turn, income from dividends of state corporations makes up the majority of income from the management of federal property. In 2023, the Federal Property Management Agency brought 398 billion rubles to the federal budget. Total 29 billion rubles. Privatization of state property brought in other sources of income. The rental and sale of land brought 15.4 billion rubles to the budget, the rental of treasury facilities – 4 billion, and other income – 10.4 billion rubles.
The significant difference in the volume of dividends is explained by the fact that in 2023 dividends were paid for the “sanctioned” year of 2022. In 2022, payments were received for 2021, respectively.
