HeadHunter Appeals NASDAQ Delisting Decision

HeadHunter has requested a hearing before the NASDAQ panel to challenge the decision to delist the securities, reported press office. Request filed March 21st. The hearing must be held within 45 days of the date of the appeal. Until the decision of the commission, delisting actions will be suspended.
NASDAQ plans to delist securities of Russian companies – Yandex, Ozon, Qiwi, HeadHunter – became known on March 15. HeadHunter noted that the notice of delisting will not affect the company’s operations and financial position. Securities of HeadHunter and other Russian players ceased to be traded on NASDAQ on February 28, 2022. Yandex, Ozon and Qiwi appealed exchange decision.
