As a result, the Ostankino court satisfied the claim of Guzeeva against the studio of interiors and furniture of Elena Lebedeva. Initially, the couple demanded the return of 8 million rubles, but later the amount decreased markedly.
“A decision was made to recover in favor of Guzeeva L.A. and Bukharova I.O. two million and a state duty in the amount of 12,050 rubles,” the press service of the court said.
At the same time, the owner of the company herself was very surprised that the whole thing went to court. Elena Lebedeva herself confirmed that her company worked on furnishing Guzeeva’s furniture in the bathroom, living room and kitchen.
“Now we do not communicate. Yes, the customers, indeed, had complaints. We absolutely disagree with them, and also believe that we were not paid part of the amount for the work done, ”Lebedeva said.
