The Georgian airline Georgian Airways has added Nice to the list of European cities for transit flights from Moscow. The company began operating flights from the Russian capital to Nice via Tbilisi on July 5.

As RIA Novosti was specified in the press service of Georgian Airways, transit flights from Moscow to Nice via Tbilisi will be carried out on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Transfer time in the Georgian capital is about an hour. In addition to Nice, the Georgian airline offers transit flights from Moscow via Tbilisi to Vienna, Larnaca, Paris, Berlin, Thessaloniki, Tel Aviv, Milan and Amsterdam.

May 10 Russian President Vladimir Putin canceled a ban on flights to Georgia and a visa regime for citizens of this country. Flights to Georgia were launched by Azimuth, Georgian Airways, Red Wings. On May 19, Azimut performed the first flight from Moscow to Tbilisi, on May 20 – Georgian Airways.
