GC Delo, together with BTS-Most of Ruslan Baysarov and Gazprombank, proposes to take on 30% of the costs for the construction of the Tsemdolina-Portovaya elevated highway bypassing Novorossiysk. This was announced on the sidelines of the EEF by Sergei Shishkarev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Delo Group of Companies. However, the partners are not ready to build without government support.
“We still need subsidies to subsidize the lending rate and state money, we need a grant,” he explained. “Of course, we ourselves will never be able to build such roads, and they will not pay off.” Mr. Shishkarev previously spoke about his readiness, together with his partners, to act as a concessionaire for this project. The cost of the project is estimated at 120 billion rubles. Also, speaking at the EEF session yesterday, September 12, Sergey Shishkarev did not rule out the possibility of the company participating as a concessionaire in the construction of a road from Vladivostok to Nakhodka bypassing Bolshoi Kamen (Primorsky Territory).
“We are ready to participate within the framework of concession agreements, just as for Novorossiysk,” he noted. “We will be happy to invest our own money even in long-term infrastructure projects.” In Nakhodka, Delo Group of Companies plans to expand the capacity of the Eastern Stevedoring Company from 630 thousand to 1.7 million TEU by 2030.
